This is a terrific link. Thank you. Also remember that fonts sizes are not always equal. 12 pt in one font may look like 10 pt in another font.

Here is a link to a mac extension I have used for a long time. It sits in the upper left hand corner of your menu bar/screen and opens fonts so you can see all hidden characters. This is very helpful for graphic designers.
