Hi! I just found this really cool website about HTML and CSS for beginners http://www.htmldog.com/
It has several easy to understand guides from Beginner to Advanced, and also has HTML and CSS references just in case you need to know more about a TAG or CSS property..
Note: The website will not teach you how to use Dreamweaver, but you can use the software to do the tutorials.
